As a musician, writer, visual artist, amateur researcher and a prospective philsopher, Ashes-Onik aims to tell stories from the perspective as an outsider. Life as a neurodivergent trans woman led her to seek truths of existence both internal and external, far from the confines of traditional life. Her goal in all things is to inspire fearless agency in others so they might be free of the world's many unjustifiable ills. Ashes-Onik lives in a misty valley with her wife, where her incessant tinkering provides amusement.
